Yoga Flow
We will move from one asana to another at a gentle pace. Some warriors and Vinyasa flow will help to move the energy body and physical body. We will do Pranayama (controlling the breath) and sitting positions to help you increase flexibility and relax your muscles. We will end with Savanasana (corpus pose) for a final relaxation.
Chanting Meditation
After moving the body and releasing some emotions, chanting will lift you. Here we can sit all together and chant some mantras, pause, breathe, meditate, and feel the space from within to help you reconnect with Your Essence and the Universe. These 2 classes together are very nice for experiencing your Soul and Serenity.
